Joseph Knight, DPM 240 Hospital Place, Suite 103, Soldotna Our feet do a lot for us—carrying us through work, play and everything in between. But when something feels off, it’s easy to ignore until the pain becomes too much. Whether you’re dealing with persistent heel pain, bunions, sports injuries or diabetic foot concerns, a visit to a podiatrist can be a life-changing step toward relief. What is a podiatrist? Podiatrists are medical professionals specially trained to diagnose and treat conditions of the foot and ankle. Caring for everything from chronic pain and deformities to sprains, fractures and post-injury complications, podiatrists provide both nonsurgical and surgical treatment options tailored to each patient’s needs. Preventive care is also a key focus. Catching issues early can help avoid more serious problems down the road.
